Chi Nei Tsang, or CNT as it is known, is a special healing modality for Matthew. He is a life-long student of Khadro CNT (see www.khadro.com).
Stemming from traditional Chinese medical theory and Taoism, Qi Kung combines movement, meditation and breath work to increase the flow of vital Qi in the body, improving circulation and strengthening the immune system.
CNT helps clients process and clear strong emotional and spiritual blocks in the nervous system. By using a gentle touch on specific areas of the viscera and harmonizing the breath of both practitioner and client, stagnant and sick energy can be digested and released. This allows for the generation of more personal vitality, leading to health of body and mind.
Treatment sessions last about 75 minutes. Five to ten sessions are recommended, depending on the client’s needs.
Chi Nei Tsang is NOT recommended for:
- Those suffering from acute or persistent pain, particularly in the abdominal area.
- Those suffering from thrombosis, aneurysm or pancreatitis.
- Those with infection within the abdominal cavity or suffering from a serious infectious condition which may be contagious or transmitted by air or touch.
And except with written permission from the client's licensed physician, Chi Nei Tsang is NOT recommended for:
- clients who have had within 6 weeks, a surgical operation, except where the operation was minor.
- clients who are pregnant and who have had a miscarriage in the last 2 years.

- those suffering from diabetes [CNT must not be performed on or near the pancreas] or from serious and advanced pulmonary or circulatory diseases, such as congestive heart failure or emphysema.
- those clients who disclosed that they have or is suspected to have, serious psychological ailments, unless consent is received from the client's licensed physician or psychologist.
- Children, minors or others who may not assume responsibility for treatment. Parents, guardians or caregivers must be present during the treatment session.

Reiki is spiritual energy that is used for hands-on-healing. It non-invasively mends the body, mind and soul. Radiant, healing energy is channeled through the healer to the client to restore the mind and body. Usually, Matthew places his hands above or on the head, shoulders, stomach and feet for a few minutes each. Other positions may be used for specific client conditions.
Reiki is effective for chronic problems and pain management. It is very gentle, and builds emotional support as well. It can remove blockages, help relieve stress and promote the body’s natural healing and relaxation.

This energy work possesses a Shamanic character. It consists of counseling and meditative healing rituals that help clients regain, restore and strengthen their life force. Matthew offers this service conditionally and to individuals only.
The success of this service depends entirely on the motivation and intention with which it is performed. It does not work when performed for money, gifts or to ‘fix’ a person. True healing and spiritual transformation in this work happens in the absence of ego on the part of all parties involved.
This work is only offered when it can be done wholesomely and when appropriate.
